The Municipality of The Hague is the launching customer of Project.BB. With the cooperation agreement in place it will be possible to conduct experiments on the beach and boulevard of Scheveningen with the robot and related gamification applications.

Meet BB's digital twin. This is a first impression of a game that we are developing in which you can drive around with BB yourself. You can hunt for litter and help to annotate and label it. That way we can improve its image recognition algorithm.

Team BlueStar is going to help us with a creative approach. The team consists of six students of Hogeschool Inholland. For their Creative Business study they selected us for a 5 month project.

Project.BB was present during ‘5G Experience’ in The Hague City Hall. The informative exhibition gave a glimpse of the future. The City of The Hague organized this exhibition in collaboration with T-Mobile. For us a great opportunity to meet and update local and industry stakeholders.

Here it is! The prototype of our BeachBot is ready. Proud of the Minor Robotics team. Excellent Demo Day performance at RoboHouse. Next step: getting BB ready to go outside.

From 7 -10th of January BB had a booth at Eureka park, next to Holland Tech Square. Amazing experience to be part of CES.tech and to receive so many positive feedback.

With 34.1% of all votes BB ended as the runner-up at the national 5G Innovation Challenge during Telecom Insights. And managed to score a sponsor deal.

Team Project.BB presented their progress. They showed the first mock up of the design, the latest gripper development and cigarette butt recognition in practice.

With some great support from our partners we managed to built the first detection algorithm.

The Municipality of The Hague organized a pitch event and Project.BB represented.
We elaborated on BB's future abilities to detect litter and collect data on different types of trash.

A new office for Project.BB at YES!Delft The Hague: the digital hub for A.I. and Blockchain. Great to be part of this amazing ecosystem!

A first prototype already has been made. We gained insights on the gripper arm, axle, frame and gripper mechanism.

For a thorough problem analysis we met civil servants of The Hague. Furthermore we explored the opportunities at Living Lab Scheveningen.

Project.BB had its official kick off! Together with a motivated TU Delft Minor Robotics team we started the development.
